Erythematobullous Drug Eruptions

Erythematobullous drug eruptions develop secondarily on macular exanthemas as a result of increasing exudative inflammation. General symptoms such as fever, malaise, and cervical lymhadenopathy are often early manifestations. Antibiotics, antimalarial drugs, antiinflammatory and chemotherapeutical agents as well as laxatives and heavy metals may be eliciting agents.
