Diffuse Plane Xanthoma

Rare non-lipaemic disease characterized by large flat plaque-like xanthomatous skin lesions involving the face, neck, upper trunk, buttocks and flexures. Some patients may have a myeloproliferative disorder, a circulating paraprotein or abnormalities of serum complement.
