Aponeurotic Fibroma
Invasive calcifying tumour of the palms and soles generally occurring in young children, although it may occur in adults, too. The fibrous mass, which presents as a firm, poorly marginated nodule, may be asymptomatic or painful. Stipped calcification can be seen when radiographs are taken. The recurrence rate after excision is high, but metastasis does not occur.
