Ito's Nevus
Patch varying in colour from deep blue to light brownish-blue. It is located over the supraclavicular, deltoid, or scapular regions. Microscopic changes consist of dermal melanocytes scattered in the dermis, most of which are present in the upper dermis. The lesions usually persist. Naevus of Ito is more prevalent in the Japanese but is observed in other races.
