Cystic Hygroma

Tumour of lymphatic origin occurring most commonly in the neck region, and occasionally in the axillae, groin, or popliteal fossae. The large, usually unilocular cysts are present at birth or in early infancy. Although the lesions may involute spontaneously on rare occasions, the majority tend to increase in size.
