Acrodermatitis Papulosa Eruptiva Infantilis

Gianotti-Crosti syndrome is a distinctive viral exanthem of childhood characterized by monomorphic flat lentil-sized lesions symmetrically distributed on the face, buttocks and limbs. The lesions are usually firm papules or papulovesicles. Hepatitis B virus and Epstein-Barr virus seem to be the most common causes. The disorder mainly affects children of preschool age.
