Lichen Striatus

Self-limiting, usually unilateral dermatitis of unknown origin that usually occurs in children. It consists of discrete and confluent, slightly raised asymptomatic lichenoid papules that usually evolve on an extremity, but may also involve the face, neck, trunk, or buttocks. The linear eruption appears in two weeks and usually disappears during several months leaving hypochromia in 50% of cases.
